    does anyone know what are the normal working hours for GenTech. I need to call them to confirm an order

    They send a confirmation email, also if you pay by credit card you will get call from them asking for the 3-digit security code. I believe they are closed for today (about an hour ago). They don't process over the weekends, but if you call back monday you can reach them.
