    Hello.

As many of you know, the drivers in the manufacturer website for a specific model are always outdated.
Currently I have a ROG G55VW with all the drivers updated (from various sources).

But I would like to know your opinion: is it better to use the specific and tested drivers for your model, or always the most recent ones? (NVIDIA drivers being the exception).

    Thanks for your input.

Usually drivers are not updated unless there is a specific problem or it increases performance (Nvidia drivers). Its usually best to stick with the manufacturers drivers, but you can always try newer ones and see if they help with anything.
