Does Gentech charge tax on other states like they do California?

Ken / GenTechPC only charges sales tax directly to CA residents, as they are based in-state and comply with all state regulations.

Ken Lee is a legend here, He has been know to answer questions at all hours of the day. His forum user ID is GentechPC. I have read nothing but praise about him and his staff. If I was in the market I would not hesitate to order from his website.

I've never been able to figure out how/why Ken routinely posts at 12-2 am local time in California -- although he won't get online until near noon, so maybe he sleeps later than I can :).

My experiences with Eee purchase and warranty with GenTech have likewise been stellar (as others around here can attest). Other excellent alternatives include Donald Stratton @ Power Notebooks, Eddie @ BTOTech, and Justin @ XoticPC. Ken, Donald and Eddie have been around since before I started here and all have excellent reputations (as does XoticPC) for product and customer service. I've also personally dealt with Eddie for purchase and warranty issues, and he receives my enthusiastic endorsement as well.

I have a great time working with Gentech when I got my g50vt. I am not looking to get another laptop and will be looking to get this on though Gentech also.
