    how do I check the HDD interface? I got a Asus N61jv, I want to know if is it SATA -2 or SATA-3

    That's an Arrandale (first-gen Intel Core CPU) notebook, so it will be SATA 2.

    thx for the fast reply, btw do you know any software that check your interface for you, such like CPU-z for CPU

    CPU-Z will tell you which chipset you have. Look that chipset up online (typically there are specification webpages) and you'll see that information.
