    Hey all,

I've owned my laptop for about four months now and have yet to clean the fans so obviously I should get on that...The problem is I'm not sure the best way to go about doing so. Mainly, I don't want to take anything off that I shouldn't and in result, void my warranty so I need a bit of help.

If possible could anyone just list a couple of steps on how/what I should go about taking apart in order to clean out my fans etc. I already have the compressed air to use...

Thanks in advance for the help and obviously if anyone has pictures or knows of a link w/ pictures of this process being done on a G1S/G2S that would be incredible.

Usually the only warranty sticker is on the heatsinks. As long as you don't touch that you're ok.

As to access, if there is a CPU panel underneath the notebook you can probably take that off and you might have immediate access to the CPU fan. For the rest (GPU fan for instance) try looking for a "G2S disassembly instructions" or "manual" on google and this forum.
