Whenever the ASUS live updater does its update in the background, it hogs all resources and will get prompt "out of memory". Have to kill the app else my laptop will hang.

    How do I rectify this?

Also I get prompted to update my GeForce7700 drivers when launching CS:Source but can't find the the update for my model GeForce7700.

Anybody can help me with these 2 problems?

    Thanks!

Uninstall the asus updater cause it is total crap. Go to www.asus.com and manually download the drivers for the 7700go. Be happy =)
