I had to ask, just curious about it. I noticed that the frequency of that happening now is lot less than couple years back. But is amazing that no one here had problems with the pixels.

Now for the viewing angle, yes, we gotta pay more if we wanted a better screen so there's not math science there.

There's a difference as you mentioned between screens.

There is no correlation between how good the viewing angles are and how many dead or birght pixels may turn up on the screen.

With that said, even the best screen can have a dead pixel.

I for one, check all screens that I ship out for dead pixels, so that the custermer is 100% satisfied with the screen.

With newer technology the screens will become better, and will have better viewing angles.

You can start to see new screen technology on small screen that are 10 inches small. However the technology is expensive at the moment.

    I correct myself,

The stuck pixel question is the main question I had. The viewangles on the screen was a comment since I read from other members that it is the only thing that they wished to be improved.

These are just questions, I am not trying to rant or anything. I here seeking info that's all

I received my M6Ne with 2 stuck pixels... however, that was nearly two years ago now and they were barely noticable anyway since the resolution was so high.
My Z63A has no stuck/dead pixels... none that I can see of at least. I've also noticed that too... the occurance (or at least the report/complaints of) stuck pixels has gone down quite drastically in the past few years.

stzd8, I agree, people want better viewing angles, and when the newer screen technology becomes more mainstream then more and more customers will be satisfied with LCDs.

Seeing dead or stuck pixels is becoming seemingly rare, of crouse the number of sales would affect how many people see dead pixels.

I understand you weren't ranting, so i just put some basic info regarding screens. :D
