This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I've already submitted my proof of purchase by email & fax almost a month ago. Asus customer service redirects me to the mentormediacorp website that says my status is: waiting for submission of proof of purchase.

    Because I'm impatient I already had Bestbuy install W7 HP 64bit but would still like the copy I'm owed.


    Has anyone else gotten any further than I have with Asus on this matter? :(
