I have tried NHC, HWMonitor, and other things that I don't remember the names of, and I can't get HDD temps with anything. S.M.A.R.T. Monitoring is enabled in the BIOS so why can't I get any readings.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has been able to get HDD temp readings and if so how?

Try Speedfan, NHC seems to be abandoned like a year ago and doesn't work in Vista. HWMonitor might not be compatible with Montevina yet.

No such luck. It won't read the Hard Drive temps either. I tried the beta (4.36) as well as the current stable release (4.35) but the beta gets an error while trying to connect with the Nvidia thermal sensor and won't even start up.

What about HDDLife? Try download the demo for it and see if it can read S.M.A.R.T. I'm not fond of that program, but it's worth a shot.

Im more than sure Everest works too, but if you wanted actual temps from a user and not use software to find them I had those posted.
The right HDD runs hotter in RAID0 but in normal use they both stayed very cool. -
I am using it to display all the temps in my M50VM.
Have any G50v owners been able to get HDD temps?
