    Heard back from Asus about 3rd year on warranty?

    I sent my info into [email protected] last Thursday and have yet to hear to back. I'm just curious if anyone has gotten a confirmation that their warranty has been extended for the third year. Doesn't seem like it would take very long for them to process it. All they got to do is look at the materials you sent...

    They don't always have their act together. They most likely put your information into their database, but may very well not even think to respond.

    At the same time.... I know there are only say a couple times a month that they may actually have time to process those emails...... so I wouldn't worry about it, but I would want to hear back sometime within the new month or so.

    I got my notification yesterday from a Tony_Kai at ASUS.

    He sent a PDF of the new warranty, and strangely it is titled Case@00001. They may either all be case #1, or I may be his first case, or maybe I'm first! [ :D]

    Tony is the many responsible for the 3rd year warranties. Give him time he does get to it. If you feel you may have been overlooked definetly try it again by email. Their mail server has been on the fritz many times in the past.
