    Hi all,
Last night I cracked open my 1000HA to swap the wireless card for a better module. I removed the battery, grounded myself and simply swapped out the cards and closed the compartment.

Now the laptop will not power on and does not recognize DC power (charge LED does not illuminate). I have tried reseating and removing components (memory, hdd, wireless) with no luck. I hope this laptop isnt bricked... I have never dealt with this before and dont know where to begin the diagnostics.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.
