    Hello

im in desperate need of help... I turned on my g50vt x1 using express gate to check something really quickly, and I turned it off... I remembered I needed to check another thing and I used express gate again but this time it just showed the ASUS logo and didnt do anything, I turned it off and turned it on (normal power button) and this time it wont even boot vista!! it stays on the republic of gamers logo!!

I already checked the boot priority list and did a bios reset to defaults but it still wont work!

    what can I do? help!

Hmmm. Maybe try the recovery partition on the HDD or use the recovery DVD?

    I fixed it...

I removed the battery for a few seconds and put it back in after I read a thread with the same issue :)

Not sure why it happens, its the first time its happened tho.
