    Help! Strange high pitched noise from speakers N73

    Hi.
    So, i just bought asus n73 a week ago, and it started to make some kind of weird noise when i boost volume up. It only happens at about 90% or higher. How to solve it?

    That is microphone feedback. I had th same problem with my new u36sd. I found under Realtek audio a slider for "playback volume"....reduce it

    Yes what Ugcop said, it's probably your mic gain being too high and causing feedback.
