    Hello everybody i need help about power4gear the problem is that when i unplugged my laptop the power4gear was automatically changing the power plans from highspeed to battery saving mode now when i fresh installed windows 7 ultimate 64bit my power4gear won't change automatically plans how can i make autochanging???

    Do yourself a favor and uninstall power4gear and just use Win7 power plans.

    Hatcher you beat me to it! I got sick of the white wallpaper on battery, and windows gives 3 Basic options with 1000's of variations via advanced settings.

    Nah. It's still just replicating windows power options, by inserting itself into the system. I'm sure it was great when windows didn't have all the exact same settings. Which was ... windows 98? Me? Windows has had the same settings available since windows XP, with the exception of "disable aero when on battery". Because, well, XP doesn't have aero.
