    Hi folks-

I am looking for a 14" Asus laptop and the many options are a little confusing to me.

I currently have the UL30A-X5K. I love it except I find it a little slow sometimes, the processing power seems weak.
I am not a gamer but I have alot of Internet windows open. I want one just like it, but in the 14" size with cd and improved processor.

By switching to a 14" Asus, I figure I can have the added advantage of a cd/dvd drive and also get a better processor.
Battery life is very important to me as well.

Here is one: ASUS UL80Ag-A1 (priced online under $600)
This appears to have the same processor so not much changes, is that correct?

Here is another: u80A-Rstml05 (priced online under $550)
This appears to be the better choice. It has a much faster processor but basically everything else is the the same as the UL80A, right?
I imagine this will diminish battery life somewhat.

Am I correct in what I have said, and does anyone have any input for me?
I would like to keep price under the sub-600 range, however maybe there are other 14" models I am missing?
    THANKS!!
