Has anyone tried removing sticks on A8JS or other laptop?
I would like to know how to remove them without hurting A8JS. Any help would be appreciated.

Just rip them off, no damage will befall on your beloved laptop if you do. :p If sticky residue is left by the stickers, then get some rubbing alcohol and it'll come right off.

I wouldn't use alcohol, as it may damage the surface. Try using good old water, and then if the residue is persistent, use something a little stronger. Using alcohol may alter the colour and appearance of the area.

You can try using the "organic" versions of products such as Windex - the organic versions do not have any alcohol or ammonia in them, and as such should be safe for whatever you're cleaning, just spray it onto a cloth or sorft paper towel first.

My advice is to carefully use the edge of a credit card or similar sharp flat non-metallic object, to make the edge of the stickers come loose, and then just peel it off slowly.

Residue is very easy to remove: Just use the same stickers you just peeled away to remove it. Make parts of the sticky side touch the residue in a repetitive way. If done with some care, the residue goes away really easily. No need for any liquids, trust me.

Just peel the stickers off. If sticky residue is left, get some packing tape, peel some off and dab the stick residue with the sticky part of the packing tape. May sound crazy, but it works. Alcohol and water tend to just smear the residue, but if you dab it with something a little 'tackier' or 'stickier', it'll pull it right off.

I do this all the time when I buy used games from EB or GameStop and it works perfectly.

I removed the system specs and Power4Gear stickers by simple peeling, no residue was left behind they came off very easily.

If you mean the Intel/Windows stickers they may prove more difficult but there's already plenty of suggestions in this thread :)

Goo-Gone also works wonders if you have any sticker residue. Just dab a bit on a soft towel, kleenex or microfiber cloth and wipe off the residue. Rubbing alcohol will likely damage the plastic.

Remove the big ones (which come off easily and don't leave residue) and leave the small ones.
