    Hello,

I need some help with ASUS technical support.

I bought a M70V at the beginning of 2009. About 6-8 months after, I started to get a flickering screen. Adjusting the display was fixing the issue temporary so I could use the laptop.

At the beginning of 2010 I couldn't use the laptop any more due to the flickering issue so i call ASUS support and sent it for repair. The laptop came back in about a month. They replaced the video card and it was working again.

After about 3-4 months, the same thing started to happen. Flickering screen. I called ASUS support again. They told be to send it for repair again and this time they would do a more thorough test. The laptop came back about 2 months later (they were waiting for the part). They replaced the video card again and the laptop was working fine.

Now, just after 2 months from the last repair, the same problem. Flickering screen again. I called support in order to speak with a Manager to arrange some kind of a replacement. They are not connecting me with a Manager, they are not giving me their names (so maybe I can reach to them in a different way), they are not giving me any other solution. They only say to send the laptop back again for repair.

Looking at ASUS website there no other phone numbers I can use except the technical support numbers. No email addresses... just a feedback form.

I guess at this point I could just take my loss and get a new laptop but I don't want to spend the $$ at this time. This is a $2000 in its day.

So, do you have any suggestion on how to proceed with this? Any idea would be appreciated.

    Thanks
