    Help with Asus C90s

    i have a c90s just got it love the notebook but it gets very hot around 50 degrees celcius i was wondering if someone could help me or tell me how to configure the notebook so it would not run as hot thanks very much

    50C is NOT hot for either the CPU or the GPU on the C90S. Keep in mind the C90S uses a desktop CPU. I remember when I had my C90S, at load, CPU temp maxed out at around 80C at full load. I forget temps for the GPU, but the GPU can withstand up to 100+ C temps to the point where it will automatically downclock itself.

    Wow 50c there are some guys that would kill for a temp that low.

    Yep, mine is about 50-55 normal (I think, been a while since I checked)

    yep thats a pretty good temp mine is ususally 60 cpu and 90 gpu

    Change your unit will mine and then tell me it's hot. My GPU is grazy. I went with "low" end CPU and it doesn't run hot enough to activate the fans >_>

    no mine is like 80c on the core and its running at 52c hdo im not sure if that makes a difference

    Oh, 80 on the GPU and 52 for the HDD is normal for a C90S
