This is in regard to the common battery wear issue (most common to the V6j). I am curious what people (especially the resellers) think is the best course of action to take with tech support. Personally I had 3 batteries replaced and my motherboard replaced. Tech support no longer has any ideas of what to do. Now they are starting to say that this might be "normal", meaning I am stuck with a broken computer (along with all V6j owners, and many other computers). What is the best advice on how to pursue this to ensure that an acceptable solution (like fixing the way the computer charges to it will fully charge the battery) is found? Ken from GenTech helped get the graininess issues fixed, can someone help us with battery issues? Thank you very much for the help.
