Just a little more info on the upcoming C90P from cebit. Note that there is the option of 256MB or 512MB 8700M GT. Note this model has the E6850 already. Also the 40% overclocking with turbogear. I wonder what the lowest speed cpu it can take is. If I knew I could find out what the 40% overclock could yield. Theorize, Mr. Data!

I think the lowest cpu with 1333 is E6550 at 2.33ghz....so around 3.2 with 40% overclock. Judging by how things were with the C90S I would assume the highest it can go is in fact around 3.2...even with the E6850 at 3ghz...

Yeah, I started to report him but I wanted to see if the mods would catch it and how fast. Thats actually pretty good. I never saw a ban in this forum before. Nice to know.

That motherboard swap is looking better and better as the days go on....

Huzzah for Asus deciding to continue their whitebook line!

I don't see Asus stopping its whitebook line, look at the all the companies still using Asus notebooks (Dell XPS-1330 comes to mind, would put a serious hole in the income). I'm seriously thinking of the mobo switch as well, even talked it over with a tech at Asus. Hope it comes out some time in late summer or winter since I'm already spending money on upgrading my PC this year and a couple of other expenses.

Sigh, why can't they just make the C90P with mxm III?
