    Horrible ping on my asus

    recently Ive been getting horrible ping on my Asus g51vx-rxo5 and i cant figure out why

    1. I have restarted my wifi

    2. I have restarted my comp.

    3. I have rolled back my drivers on my processor, graphics card, and my wifi

    please help

    what happens when you ping the router or your residential gateway?
    eg. ping 192.168.1.1

    (you can find those by opening cmd and typing in "tracert google.com" without the quotes. hop 1 will the router and the one after will be the gateway)
