I have been looking for this battery for a long time, and it was out of stock everywhere except the few resellers who had it for $125...well, it looks like it's in stock at a few places now, and the lowest I could find it for is here at Upgrade Nation.

Real? If this works out for sure I'll get it.... is this place reputable? Could this be a typo or a mistake?

P.S. Seems less likely it is a mistake, I checked other places and it seems this is getting to be the standard price so I might wait awhile.

bk-computer.com has it for $52 and NeutronExpress was $48.95 but they sold out already.

Thats bs. They have it mized up with the 6 cell battery. That is below dealer pricing. Thats below disti pricing.

 

So are you saying that 90-NI71B2000Z is a 6 cell rather than 9 cell battery? There are currently 9 dealers listing that product ID as below $60 and over 50 dealers that list it as a 9 cell battery. I'm confused what part is BS? I do find the price is way too low...but...?

the parn number may be correct but the price dont make sense. Dunno where they are getting this from. asus main disty sells this battery just over 80$. The 6 cell battery should be priced @ 50$.
