Can anyone tell me how do you write or replace the lines in the asus g50 bios to get an intel mobile duo core 2 quad processor q9100 to work in the socket for in the asus g50vt and if anyone can write it for me for an small fee or where can i find someone to write it for me, or does it need to be rewritten to accomodate the quad processor in the asus g50 intel cuo core 2 processor socket and the intel chipset p45 accomodates both the existing intel core duo chip and intel quad q9100 cpu chip.

    thanks a lot!

in theory it should work, in practice it might not. flashing with the transplant will not harm a stock g50v (i tried the flash, but no moniez for a quad).
