Nvidia Optimus is becoming quite a hassle.

I know that I should be able to play combat arms SMOOTHLY, this game graphics requirements are as low as probably counter strike.

I also know that when I click on the icon, I have an option of launching the game using "nvidia graphics" but it does not work that way. Since it sends me to their website to login in.

Is there a way I can add combat arms or something to nvidia optimus so that my graphics card is powered on when I am playing this game?

    Please someone help me.

its really fustrating that i have a good enough graphics card, yet I can't even it because it won't power on.

If by any chance I cannot add to combat arms to NVIDIA OPTIMUS is there a way i can manually enable it while am playing combat arms?
