I currently reside in a country that doesn't have a certified service center, plus things get lost in the mail around here. I bought my laptop in Canada and had very little time to test everything before I left. The laptop is the brand new G50V-A1. The problem is that I have a high pitched tone in headphones, especially when there is a mouse connected to either of the 2 USB ports next to the Audio jacks. Recently the audio out jack partially failed. It is not detecting when something is plugged in or not. It treats the system as if something is plugged in there even if it's not. So there is no sound in the speakers (they are kept muted). It was not a software problem either since I reinstalled windows and it was the same deal. So I proceeded to dissasemble the laptop and removed the keyboard bezzel. Basically the place where the audio and the 2 usb ports are is a small piece of PCB. This piece looks very cheap, and when I remove the cable from it, everything goes back to normal. The driver detects that nothing is plugged and redirects the sound to the speakers. So the problem is indeed with this piece of small PCB thats host these 3 audio and 2 usb ports.
Here is a picture of these parts in a M50Sv, everything is almost identical to G50V-A1, especially the parts that I speak of.
How can I have asus send me this small piece of PCB for self repair?

I've never heard of Asus doing what you ask.
However, the warranty on the G50 is *global*, meaning that if your particular country doesn't have a service center within its borders Asus will have another that covers things regionally (i.e. Netherlands pretty much covers all of mainland Europe) if you call them. You'd still have to send it in somewhere for repairs, which I sense is the sticking point for you right now.... -
Maybe you can ask Asus to use a reputable mail service in your country or get some kind of guarantee in case your laptop doesn't get back to them or you.

Maybe you should pay for better courier to get your laptop replaced. I know that Asus won't give out any parts unless you ship them the defected laptop to have it replace.

I would try calling the nearest service center and try to convince them to send me the part. Prepare a good polite argument, one that shows you're competent enough to do this.
They may yield and send the part.
For instance, they send things like optical drives sometimes for user replacement, so there is no fundamental reason for which they couldn't send this (assuming of course replacement does not require removal of the heatsink, which voids the warranty). -
yeah it doesn't require removal of heatsink, cpu or gpu, just the keyboard bezzel.
