I was wondering if it is possible to decrease the throttle of the laptop with RMclock. On power4gear on battery saver it decreases my throttle from 995 to 225. and I get a 20% boost of battery power. Is this possible with another third party software thanks =)

You could do that with RMClock, just limit your clock to lower setting in Power Saving (or whatever you choose) mode and your CPU will not go higher than this frequency.

no with power4gear the clock frequency is still at the lowest the throttle is decreased

Well, there's a way to control the throttle with RMClock in parallel with the CPU clock, I've not used it, it's just a guess. Why don't you try RMClock and see what is it doing.

Perhaps someone else might suggest a better option, I'm satisfied with how RMClock works, so I haven't tried anything else.

power4gear somehow decreases the throttle and CPU below the lowest multiplyer. so my lowest on PST is 6 which is 995/995 but with power4gear its 445/225.. and it isnt a muliplyer setting at all..
