Now my problem, the notebooks OS is all in German so I am hoping some how I can change it all to English . Ive had a look in the regional settings but Yes its in German :) , does any one know if some how its possible to change every thing to English ? , I really hope so as I love this notebook :)

AFAIK, you have to clean install with an English version of Vista Premium. I'm trying to get Chinese + English on my old laptop with W7 Home Premium, but only ultimate supports different languages. I'm not sure if it's the same case here, but yeah till further notice, it seems like you have no option but to clean install.

I'm trying to get Chinese for my mom, but can't find an iso for W7 home premium Chinese.

There's no guarantee, but people have reported vistalizator being able to help switch languages in Vista OSes.
