Hi I bought a GS2 the other day its nice but the built in mic is really annoying when I can hear the fans and myself type on the clackity keyboard! I can't figure out how to disable it by itself without pretty much disabling everything else or screwing stuff up.

    Can someone help me?

This is the lappy I got fyi

There should be an option in BIOS to disable it. But it also may disable the Webcam. Not sure. But try it, itll tell you.

I think you can 'mute' the mic and that'll turn off hearing yourself over your speakers, but... it still works for using it with teamspeak or something. At least, that's the case with my S96J. Odd, but true. Go into your windows audio settings.
