    I'm not using the W3J version of windows XP and am instead using my own. Which drivers on the drivers disk do I need to install to get the sound, wireless lan on/off, bluetooth, etc hotkeys working?

    The volume, brightness are controlled by the ATK0100 driver, the wireless is controlled by the Intel PROSet software(the service actually controls it) and the bluetooth has it's own drivers,

    Those who due to some reasons not willing to install huge Toshiba BT stack, may find foll instruction useful:

    1. Uninstall Toshiba BT stack

    2. Start -> Run -> notepad.exe %windir%\inf\bth.inf

    There search for an entry

    TOSHIBA Bluetooth Adapter= *blahblahblah*

    3. Replace it with the ID for your BT-183 adapter, like this:

    TOSHIBA Bluetooth Adapter= BthUsb, USB\VID_0B05&PID_1712

    Finally restart OR use "Add hardware". XP will install everything automatically.

    I tried it myself, works like a charm. Since I'm using only BT mouse which came with my W3J, for me XP stack is more than sufficient.
