    Hi, just got my 47" hd tv and I wanna try playing hd video from my laptop on it but i dnt know how... Thank you for answering!

    Plug it in, set the playback devices to digital out

    It carries audio to. Right click the speaker thingie in vista, go to playback devices, and set Realtek Digital Output to be default.

    you might also have to play in the nvidia control panel for dual display stuff though
