    Hi All,

I want to use my laptop as my desktop. Meaning I want hook all the peripherals to it. How do I go about doing this with out a docking station? Also is it possible to have my laptop lid closed while using my desktop monitor? Looking for a guide but can’t find one yet; any ideas.

    Thanks

Well, as long as the peripherals are USB, then you plug it into the USB ports. Same with the LCD monitor, just treat the notebook as if it was a desktop.

I would not recommend closing the lid if the notebook is on, as the keyboard area is a ventilation area.

Yes, you can toggle the output settings from CRT(external), internal(lcd) and dual(lcd+external)
