Took a couple of days for me by email. I emailed it to the Singapore address as i live in Australia and that was the closest one. COA got approved immediately but POP tool about 4 days.

Emailed my POP to [email protected] and got POP/COP approved in two days. Status has not been changed since then for 2+ weeks.

If you need the link to check your order status, here you go: Asus Upgrade Web.

I mailed in all my stuff in early January. Just waiting for the upgrades to ship.

Where's the option for still not done yet? I sent mine in by email like over 3 weeks ago. Still just shows COA approved, no mention of POP.

Same here. I sent mine like 3-4 weeks ago via regular mail and still it only shows COA approved.
I just e-mailed them... we'll see what they say.

I've emailed them 3 times since, no response other than the standard email that comes back from the no-reply address.

I registered and payed shipping. Got a confirmation of order and also sent the requested info via email. Now when I try to log in to check my status I get the following error message:
    "Unable to continue.
The provided order number or Certificate of Authentication number is no longer available in our system. Please click here to contact customer service."
I've emailed customer service and got no answer yet. I think I'm screwed.

Sent the PoP and invoice in the mail about 3 weeks ago and it hadn't gotten past COA validated. So I emailed a copy of my invoice this morning and got a response back just now saying that my PoP had been validated.

I checked my status online and it says COA/PoP validated.

Has anyone had it shipped yet? My POP was validated really quickly, but COA took a little bit longer. I used email.

I emailed my POP to them three weeks ago but still only shows COA validated. No answers to my emails either.

I'm getting frustrated with Moduslink, too.

I mailed my POP at the beginning of January. I emailed them on 2/5 and asked if they had received it. They said they had not and I could email for fax it.

Emailed it on 2/5. Didn't get any response at all. So re-sent it. Then received a response saying to give them up to 5 business days to check everything.

Since they're not always clear, it can get frustrating. They wanted an "invoice" and a "receipt". All I have are the confirmation and invoice showing it was paid from NewEgg. There was no "receipt" as such. Hmmm.

Personally I think they're doing a horrible job. 3 weeks and counting.

I'm in the same position :( I'm actually in the middle of moving house at the moment too (it's done this Saturday) and they won't even respond to let me know how to change the shipping address.

My COA was done 10 Jan or something and I've e-mailed over my POP twice but it's not got any further. Has anyone else tried the phone support? After trying once and getting an out of hours response I called during the times it suggested... An automated response just told me to go to the website!

    Shocking!

Below is the contact info for Moduslink's headquarters. I don't know if contacting them would do any good, since they're just a link in a supply chain. But it probably wouldn't hurt.

Thanks for your help Brent - the issue for me is that they have not even done the POP confirmation not that they have not shipped it. I will try world headquarters though I think - I am in the states on business at the moment anyway (my wife is having to do the house move without me)
