I sent in my G71G to Asus' repair facility in Indiana for LCD replacement due to a stuck pixel and I was wondering if others have sent their notebooks in to this facility for the same thing or similar and what the turn around time was until you got your notebook back. It arrived at their facility today and I was just wondering if I was being foolish thinking I should have it back sometime later this week.

Usually the repair should be done within 2~ 3 days. Then they're going to next-day air it to you. So theoretically speaking the entire process shouldn't take more than a week.

However, there are some horror stories floating around in regards to ASUS's "high efficiency " when it comes to RMA and repair.
