In the W3V manual it doesn't say anywhere about how long it takes to charge (8-cell batt), it says "Several hours" and thats all.

Also while I'm on the topic of whats in the manual, can anyone give me some advice on fitting a 1GB stick of RAM which I've got for the Asus, nowhere in the manual or in the RAM booklet does it show you how.

P.S. Got my W3V for xmas and it's amazing, the tread in the keys of the keyboard are very good indeed as I type this thread

There should be an empty slot at the bottom, I'm not sure where but it should be a rectangular plate near the middle of the bottom. Just stick it in.

For recharging, approximately, it usually takes 3-5 hours if you are using it, 2~ when not in use.

    For me anyways(Also 8 cell)

It's just a compartment under the laptop, w/ like eight screws or so. You just slip in the module into the slot at a 45 degree angle and then push it in. Make sure to remove all power sources before attempting this.
