    Update their RMA status page after they've actually received the notebook?

    UPS supposedly delivered the laptop this morning at 10:19 am...and the rma page still says they haven't received anything. " You have reqeusted RMA no. for the machines below; however, they have not been received by us."

    Also, is it weird that it says they delivered the laptop to clarksville...when the rma department is clearly in jeffersonville?

    Don't worry about it, UPS does that occasionally. They must be close to each other geographically, it has happened to me. I'm sure your package went to the right place.

    I don't know how long, others will be able to attest better than I. I would suspect one business day maybe.

    I have heard of between 2 to 6 weeks for complete turnaround that is why I still have a defective gpu after 9 months hopefully I will be able to borrow a friends laptop and send mine in soon
