    First, I just want to ask you how long it take ASUS to repair you laptop?
    I'm waiting for my G50Vt-X3 to return from RMA. ASUS received it on 23/3/2009. Its status is still "repairing" from that day. It has only a defective blu-ray drive, but it seem that it takes ASUS too long to repair it for me. I'm not in USA, my cousin bought it and sent it for RMA. He said me that whenever he call ASUS, there's no answer. I'm a little worries. What can I do?

    nothing really just sit and wait . There should be an answeer when he calls double check the number
