    Hey guys!

Does any one knows if the Asus G751JY can hold more than one M.2 SSD? If yes can I make a RAID 0 of them?

Will Windows 7 be able to boot from the M.2 RAID 0 volume? What about Windows 8?

    It's either 2x 2.5" or 1x M.2 and 1x 2.5".

Not a problem, don't forget the fastest PCI-E drives can be faster than two SATA drives in raid 0 so it's not much a limitation in that respect :) Get a nice big drive in there and you are sorted :)

I've got interested because I've read this[1] review of Samsung XP941 and Xotic[2] is now offering it.
The performance is very good but considering 4K random reads and writes there's not much difference when compared to a Samsung 840 Pro SSD (SATA).
Will 2 Samsung 840 Pro in RAID 0 be faster than a single XP941? What do you think?

No because raid 0 has very little impact on small file speeds.

Just read that Samsung XP941 gets very hot. Should I take any precautions to avoid overheating?
