    Hi dear all,
I have an ASUS W7J notebook(OS:Win Vista).I'm in a situation which I'm about to delete the recovery partition.
I wanted to know can I get that partition back? and if yes, how?

Special "Salaam"s to my friend Mujtaba,
    Thanks to everyone,

As long as you have your original recovery discs(which will recreate that partition if I recall correctly), then it should be fine.

Really? Would it restore that partition? I looked in the recovery dvd ,I saw the files on the DVD in the recovery partition, but there were some other files on the recovery partition, including an approximately 3GB file(ASUS.WIM),a "bootmgr" file, an extra folder and some bin files which I didn't find on the DVD.Does anyone know why are they there or how will they be recreated?

Check out this guide. But yes, you can also just use the DVDs - but they take much longer.

    Dear all,
    Thanks a lot.
My problem was solved(special thanks to mujtaba'a partitioning guide), so I don't need to delete the partition any more, but it's still a question for me that will the recovery partition be back when we recover a hard-drive without that partition with the recovery DVD or not?

    Anyway, thanks to you all,
