    Hi all,
I'm really happy with my M6Ne so far - except for one thing. When plugged in, the only Pwer4Gear modes available are high, super performance and game. The problem is, at any one of these levels the CPU always runs at max performance (1.7Ghz) and so the fan ends up coming on quite a bit. Is there anyway to use Email/Office power settings when plugged in?

    Thanks

If you put it on game mode, the CPU will dynamically switch between 600 MHz and the max speed... but other than that, there's no way to do this unless you use a program called SpeedSwitchXP.
HOwever, that program will probably render Power4Gear useless.

When you're plugged in you'll only get those top 3 performance options..... however you can go into powergear and tell them that say the 3rd option is a much lower level...... just play with the settings.

    Thanks,
