It is now almost two months since I first submitted a Taichi issue to ASUS and I still have not received a solution. What is worse, it looks like they are trying to ignore me by not answering my emails.

Here is what I have already done:

    - Talked to their phone support (no help: usual advice to reset the laptop, with no effect)

    - Shipped the laptop to their repair center (no help: the laptop came back with exactly the same problem)

    - Contacted by email their Customer Service Escalations and discussed the issue with Level 3 Technician (no help: he provided suggestions which did not resolve the issue, and now he is refusing to answer my email requests for next steps)

I wonder if anybody on this forum could suggest a way to get ASUS attention, for instance by escalating the issue in writing using regular mail (to which address?) in a way that they cannot ignore it any further.

    Thank you,
    Ugo
