I emailed technical support about this and they kept telling me to RMA it. It seem like they automatically answer it. I know few people here have done it with their UL laptop. If you know, please share it with me so I can fix the keyboard rattle!

    Thanks.

Most of the chicklet-style keyboards that Asus uses the same form. On the back of your laptop, there may be a screw that needs to first be removed. If it's there, it should be labeled "K". Flip your laptop back to its up-right position and look for 4 small tabs/clips along the top of the keyboard. You'll need a small flat head screw driver to unhook these tabs and the keyboard should pop up. You may need to give it a little pull because Asus sometimes uses double sided tape to secure the keyboard to the chassis.

A note of warning: don't press on the tabs too hard/far as that can permanently damage the spring mechanism inside. I've done this before and the only way to fix it is to get a top chassis replacement.

I didn't remove the keyboard. I wasn't sure what I was doing. I kept pushing lightly at the small tabs and now the rattle is gone. Anyway... thanks David!
