    How to turn off flashing lights on G1S ?

    Please post instructions on how to turn off the DirectX flashing light mode.

    I believe you turn off ASUS Direct Console?

    just open up direct console theres two things the top one is the lights, just turn it off. other thing is for the time/direct messanger thing on the keyboard

    Yes this is the same for the G2S. All Asus Gaming series notebooks have ASus Direct Console, which allows the users to control the flashing lights and the mini LCD. Laptops are, G1P, G2P, G1S and G2S.
