    Dear all,

I'm having the problem described here (upon boot, warning message "P4G this program..."). It suggests that reinstalling the ATK Package may fix the problem.

However, when I try to install it, I get a warning that it already has been installed.

I didn't find it under "Programs and Features" so I searched my C drive and it came up with "C:\eSupport\eDriver\Software\ASUS\ATK...". I removed this folder but to no avail. What should I try next?

    Thank you.

Can you find it in Control Panel > Uninstall a program.

Removing the folder is only part of it. You need to run an uninstaller to complete the process; there may be registry entries or hidden files associated with the package still present.
