the BIOS history have 7 version
from 1001 version to the latest 1704,
should i update it one by one? or just take the latest 1704?

    and how to do that?

Update to the latest bios. no need to update 1 revision at a time.

    To update
    1. Put the bios rom file on the root partition of the hdd (C:\) or onto a usb flash drive.
    2. Reboot
    3. Enter the Bios
    4. Go to the EZ flash section
    5. Follow the instructions and point the bios updater to the location where you saved the bios rom.
    6. Update the bios
    7. Enjoy your laptop with the newly updated bios :D

It's pretty straightforward, but if you have any questions, just ask...
