I have an Asus U6Vc. Please advise on how to use the Fingerprint reader for logging into Windows Vista.

    Thanks & Best Regards,

Hi Vincent, and welcome to the forums!

To use your fingerprint you must first set a password.
Go to control panel -> user accounts -> click on Create your password for your account.
After that, go to your windows orb (start menu) and find Asus utilities. From there, there should be an option for you to choose how to logon into windows.
I don't have my U6 laptop with me so I'm not too sure what the exact steps are.... Hopefully someone else can provide more detailed instructions
