    Hey guys and gals!

    Asus Z 70Va.....i know it is best laptop of 2006.....but one small issue is making me nuts......i am a person who carries my laptop around my apartment to hear songs....my laptop it creaks a lot when i carry...i think the sound is coming from the joint connecting the screen and the laptop...i dunno wat to do
    do any of u have the same kind of problem please help me out

    make sure to check all the screws near the hinges.... both on the laptop side and on the screen side.

    Justin. Its never the screws tho it can be if not assembled. The laptop is meant to creak after some use. Most laptops do unless they are bahemuths. Z70va creaking is "normal". Nothing you can do about it and i have tried. Especially of you try to pick it up by the corners. This doesnt mean the laptop is falling appart. Its just creaking. My m5n does it so do many others.

    ...depends on where they're talking about... but I don't repeatedly mention the screws if it's not an issue....... but i'm talking around the hinges..... no where else....

    Ye u rite he was talking about the screen. As long as its stiff you have nun to worry about. I agree the w3v is rite up there....
