I have an ASUS Z70A. I undervolted my notebook but it became unstable. Each time I boot it up, the computer restarts it self over and over again. I want to access the safe mode so that I can change the NCH settings but I don't how. Can some one please help me!

why not try booting into Windows Safe mode by pressing F8 before the windows splash screen? I think that should work.

one thing that is often not mentioned AND REALLY OUGHT TO BE is when you are doing undervolting MAKE SURE that you DISABLE AUTOMATIC STARTUP so that if you accidentally under-volt your processor to the point that it crashes you won't ever have to start up in safe mode to alleviate a crash cycle. You really shouldn't be having this problem though if you're undervolting right and use an application like prime95, because as soon as critical errors occur, prime95 stops and your processor drops down to it's slowest speed (i.e. a stable state), then you up your PEAK voltage and fire up prime95 again). Once you've established your peak and minimum (always been 0.7v the lowest on every p-m I've owned) then interpolate the remaining voltages in between (RM Clock actually does this step automatically).

I'm in safe mode, but the NHC won't load so I still can't fix it.

I deleted the program and everything seems fine now, except for my notebook's high temperatures. The CPU runs from 70-80+ degrees.

Thos are within normal temp range that is not high. All depends on how you work it.
