    Thats really sketchy.....kinda like fraud. Anyways, I'm not sure whether they will check the hardware but if they do, I doubt they will let you return it.

    I wouldn't do this since the odds are that you'll be screwing someone in the future.

    yea its just an idea. It is bestbuy i doubt they check the hardware I mean the laptop os isnt even set so how could they tell, only way i know is to remove the heatsink and check the card.
