    I just got the asus G51VX-RX05 about a week ago and i got mass effect for it. when i went to play it it would not start. i would like to know if i need any upgrads and if so let me know because i also want to be able to run crysis.

    also can it support a Core 2 Duo E7500 Processor 2.8ghz without any other mods done to it.

    no. that processor will not work. only mobile processors work, eg P8700 or T9400. try re-installing your games. crysis just requires yo to overclock your gpu to run it at very high settings.

    I know that to get the Steam version of Mass Effect to run under Vista you need to set it to "Run as Administrator". You didn't say if yours was the Stream version or not, but might be worth a try.
