Okay ANOTHER problem with my Laptop's touchpad! I kind of fixed my last problem by putting up the sensetivity up fully to stop it auto clicking, which is still does sometimes.

I opened it in safe mode and it does the same and went to install Windows 7 again on it and when I was choosing the language it did it on that menu, so I decided to quit it. It's really annoying as I use photoshop quite a lot.

But now, I put my finger on the touchpad, perfectly still and the curser on the screen keeps moving really 'edgey' as if i'm mindlessly moving my finger on my touchpad. My warrenty ran out over a year ago as well.

    Help!??

Clean of your touchpad, my computer does this too at times and I foudn that if there is a conductive piece of material that has fallen on the touchpad or gotten brushed into the edge of the pad that it can cause the problem. Solution usually just blow on the touchpad to remove the pece or clean it with a damp cloth and a fine brush for the edges and the problem should be fixed.
